The Clocktower Centre is Melbourne's leading Venue in the North West for corporate events, business meetings, community events, weddings and other special functions. In addition to the state-of-the-art theatre the Clocktower has six versatile function rooms
Function Rooms
The Tower Room is framed by walls of glass which provide scenic views of Moonee Ponds and excellent natural light. The room also has access to a surrounding balcony.
The Balcony Room is a slightly smaller but more intimate space than the Tower Room. It also has a view use of the balcony for that breath of fresh air. Like the Tower Room, it is carpeted and private and it's highly conducive to small to medium-sized meetings.
The acoustics are excellent in both rooms and rarely need Public Address systems or microphones.
Pascoe North & South are stunning Art Deco rooms with magnificent Mahogany floorboards and high ceilings. Both rooms are shielded against natural light so well suited for data projection or presentations that require dimmed lighting. There are five settings on the dimmer switch for your convenience.
The rooms can be booked separately or opened as one larger room. Together or separate, they are excellent spaces for wedding receptions, banquet dinners, cocktail parties, trade shows, exhibitions, presentations or wherever your imagination takes you.
The Studio Room is an ideal breakout room or another meeting space. It also boasts beautiful polished floorboards with good natural light.
The Foyer is an elegant space for pre-dinner drinks, for that stylish cocktail party or as a meet and greet for conferences.

Also located within the Centre is a vibrant café, which offers a varied and affordable menu to the local businesses and community daily. The café is also open pre show for all Season performances offering an extensive a la carte and bar menu to our Theatre patrons.
Our People
The Clocktower's function facilities include a large function kitchen managed by catering partner, Black Tie Catering. Our award-winning chefs can create menus to include canapés, buffets, fine dining, a la carte dining and corporate luncheons. All menus are prepared using the freshest ingredients, with an eye for quality. Menus can be adapted to suit your event and budget.
Planning an event can be frustrating and time consuming. Our highly trained function staff are well versed in all aspects of event planning, from the technical complexities to catering requirements.
